Hi there, Angela!
Welcome to planDisney, it's so nice to meet you! I see that you're going to be at the
Disneyland Resort very soon, so I'm happy you stopped by. I'll get you as many last-minute tips as I can!
Yes, guests who have
valid theme park tickets and park reservations are welcome to come and go during park operating hours. My family usually stays very close by, so we often take a break for a swim or a nap (or both!) during the afternoon and then come back to spend the evening in the parks. We also enjoy several of the restaurants in the
Downtown Disney District just outside the theme parks, as well as the shopping!
You also are welcome to visit the Disneyland Resort Hotels during your visit. You do not need a hotel reservation to enjoy the beautiful lobby areas and there are quick and yummy dining options at
Tangaroa Terrace Tropical Bar and Grill and
GCH Craftsman Grill. Other hotel restaurants like
Goofy's Kitchen and
Storytellers Cafe are also open to the public, but I highly recommend getting a reservation.
If you find yourself in the parks and need a place to relax for a little while, these are some of our favorite places to give our feet a break:
Angela, it was a pleasure to answer your question! If you need anything else as you prepare to visit the parks you can
send me a note here and I'll be back before you can say "Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo!"
Keep moving forward!
