Hey there, hi there, Amanda! Thanks so much for stopping by planDisney with your reservation question.
I'm sorry to hear that your plans changed recently and you weren't able to make your theme park reservation. You are correct that if your ticket is still unused or if you have a multi-day ticket and it was activated, you have 13 days after activation to use it before it expires. I'd be happy to walk you through the steps to make a new reservation!
First, head to the Disneyland website and sign in to your Disney account. Then hover over the "My Disneyland" tab and click on "
Ticket and Reservation Details". Next, you will click on "Make Park Reservations" on the page. This will take you to a new page and you will click on "Book Theme Park Reservation". Then you will select which ticket or tickets you want to make the reservation for and walk through the steps of picking the date on the calendar and which park. Once you have that confirmation, you will be all set!
If you want to make any
reservations for dining, you can go ahead and do that now since you are in the 60-day window. If you don't see reservations for the location you are hoping for, I suggest seeing if that location participates in the
mobile walk-up list. You can find this in the Disneyland app and on your park day, you can walk towards that location and join the list if there's room for same-day reservations. I use this a lot for
Oga's Cantina and
Lamplight Lounge - Boardwalk Dining.
Amanda, I hope that you are able to get your new reservations made and you have a magical visit to The Happiest Place on Earth. See you real soon!
Carrie
