Since you have theme park tickets purchased for a past visit, you will need to check to see when their expiration date is. This can be done very quickly on your
My Disney Experience mobile app. If you do not have the My Disney Experience mobile app downloaded to your smartphone, then I recommend downloading the app first. Once the app is downloaded and you have the app open, click on the “Tickets and Passes” located on your welcome page. If you see your theme park ticket in this section, you will see the valid dates. If you do not see your theme park tickets, you will need to link your theme park tickets. You will see a plus symbol at the top of the page. After you click on this option, you will see “Link Tickets & Passes.” Once your theme park ticket is linked, you will see the valid dates. If you have a wholly unused theme park ticket and it has expired, you can
call the Walt Disney World Resort, and a Cast Member will be able to adjust the dates, and you can settle any price differences at that time. Once you have your theme park tickets updated, now you are ready to make your
Disney Park Pass Reservations. These reservations can be made from your My Disney Experience mobile app! Click on the plus symbol of your mobile app home page. You will see the option to “Make a Park Reservation.” From this point, you will follow the step-by-step directions to make all your theme park reservations!
