    Prior to attending MNSSHP, our daughter has an appointment at Bippity Boppity Boutique at 4:30 and then we are off to Cinderella's Royal Table for dinner. Can we enter the park on our MNSSHP ticket in time for her appointment?

    Wow!  What an incredible evening you have planned!  Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, dinner at Cinderella's Royal Table and Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party (MNSSHP)?!!!  That sounds like TONS of fun!
     
    MNSSHP officially begins at 7 p.m. on event evenings.  In the past, they have often allowed party goers to enter the Magic Kingdom as early as 4 p.m.  That is not guaranteed so please keep in mind that there is always the possibility that they don't begin early admission. 

    In order to facilitate a 4 p.m. entry, I'd plan to be at the gate at 4 p.m. and I'd make sure that I have my confirmation numbers for BBB and CRT.  That way if they don't start early entry for MNSSHP on the evening you are attending, a Cast Member should be able to help you.  I wouldn't anticipate any problems but I'd have the information in hand just in case.
