    I printed out my Disneyland tickets and linked my reservation to my disney app but did not receive a QR code sent to my email. How do we show proof in the park that we had a reservation . Is the confirmation number printed on the e tickets

    Hello, Michele and welcome back to planDisney!

    Congratulations, it sounds as if all your Disneyland Resort planning is complete, how exciting!

    Michele, once you book your Disneyland Resort – Theme Park Reservations, the QR codes should arrive via email, please check all your email folders including the spam folder to see if the email landed there. If you have not received your QR codes please contact Disneyland Resort – Tickets for assistance. 

    The good thing is that your Theme Park Reservations are tied to your theme park tickets since you used your tickets to make the Theme Park Reservations and you linked everything to your Disney account. Your plans are stored in your My Disneyland planning area, which you can easily pull up using the Disneyland Mobile App. While many people claim the QR code as proof is not mandatory, I too, like to have all my plans in proper order and any receipts ready for presentation in the event I am asked for proof.

    Tips:
    Using the Disneyland Mobile App, you will be able to participate in the Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering and add the Disney Genie+ service as soon as you enter your reserved theme park, which will add great convenience to your day. Please enable notifications and location settings and be sure to update your Payment Method in advance of your arrival to facilitate app transactions so you’re not trying to do all of this after you enter the theme park when your goal will be to begin your fun. 

    On the Disneyland Mobile App, to enable Mobile Device Notifications and Payment Method, from the Home Page tap on the three stacked lines on the bottom right which will lead you to your Welcome Michele page. On this page please scroll down to My Profile, tap (you’ll be asked to sign in) and then you will see links to Mobile Device Notifications and Payment Method. You can add up to six payment methods including Disney Gift Cards.

    Using the Disneyland Mobile App, you will be able to participate in Mobile Dine Walk-up Availability to join walk up lists for those difficult to secure select Disneyland Resort Dining venues.
