Kimm, while there are no optimal itineraries or suggested itineraries available, there is a helpful assistant that can help you create the plan most optimal for you! His name? The Genie! And you've never had a friend like him! Using the
My Disney Experience Mobile App, you can use the
Disney Genie feature to create a customized itinerary based on your preferences. Simply tap the menu button in the bottom right corner of the app, then select "My Genie Day." Click "Get Started Now" and you'll be asked a series of questions to help create an itinerary that is perfect for you. In my opinion, the best way to help Genie out is by doing some research beforehand. Poke around the
Walt Disney World Website and identify some things that are on your "must-do" list. You may check out the
dining options, attractions and character experiences to see what speaks to you and your travel party. Then, answer Genie's questions about the things you like and how you'd like the options to be presented. Once all the information is shared between the two of you, Genie will rub his magic lamp and BOOM! An itinerary is created for your day in the park!
It is important to note that Genie is merely offering suggestions for ways to optimize your time in the parks. He shares forecasted wait times and suggests the best times to ride particular attractions. He will also alert you to nearby restaurants when it may be time to satisfy that "rumbly in your tumbly." If you purchase Disney Genie+ for faster access to your favorite attractions, Genie will factor this into your daily schedule and build a plan around it. He will do his best to help all your park dreams come true!
