Are there printable maps (PDF maybe) that I can use to plan my trip to Disneyland Park and California Adventure Park?

    Hi Susie!

Always happy to help a fellow Pennsylvanian plan their visit to the Happiest Place on Earth! There is so much in store for the Disneyland Resort over the next year, not only celebrating the 70th Anniversary, but both Halloween Time and Holiday festivities have just been announced! Expect magic at every turn, no matter when you decide to visit.

Happy to report that there are printable maps for both Disneyland and California Adventure available for Guests who love to have a hard copy to plan from. I understand that sometimes it's nice to see everything laid out, it helps you get a good lay of the land! If you have downloaded the Disneyland app, you'll be happy to know that you will have access to a digital map right in your pocket during your visit. When you open the app, tap the pinpoint icon in the bottom navigation bar to pull up the map. Numerous interactive features allow you to filter for exactly what you're looking for by scrolling across the top. You'll see that you can search for attractions, dining locations, entertainment, character meet-and-greets, and even where the Disney PhotoPass photographers will be stationed that day...and lots more! With just a few taps of your own magic wand, all of the information is at your fingertips.

If you have kids in your party, as part of the 70th Anniversary, Disneyland has released Family Adventure Maps available in person for both parks. These are geared to entertain the littlest Mouseketeers and provide some helpful information for the adult Mouseketeers traveling with them. You'll find everything from a fun seek-and-find activity that kids can do while waiting in line to a rundown of family-friendly attractions to inform you if there are drops, if it's dark or scary, if it spins, etc., so you can determine if your kiddo is ready to try it. There's even a breakdown of all the kid-friendly food locations so you can easily find the nearest mac & cheese or chicken tenders!

Susie, I sure hope this has been helpful in your planning. We love to chat about all things Disneyland Resort and share our favorite tips and tricks, so if you have any more questions, please come back to see us here at planDisney

    Wishing you a magical visit!
