Is it a MUST to print my tickets or I can show the tickets via the mobile app?

    Hello there, Ana!

A very warm greetings to you and welcome to planDisney! Thanks for bringing your ticket question to us. I'm excited to see that your visit is only a couple of days away, so we'd better make sure that you're prepared!

Once you've arrived on property, you should be able to download the Disneyland Mobile App. It sounds like you're familiar with displaying your tickets from the App already, which is great. I'm happy to also report that there is no need to print your tickets onto paper at all. The Cast Members are very familiar with scanning a Guest's smartphone with the ticket displayed via the Disneyland Mobile App. If you have multiple Guests in your party, sometimes it's easier to use the App because you can easily swipe to move from ticket to ticket.

Once you've scanned into the Parks, don't forget to make your first Lighting Lane reservation if you've purchased Genie+! And both Season of the Force and Pixar Fest will be going on throughout the Resort during your visit! I'm sure there will be plenty for you to see and do while you're there.

Ana, I hope that this response put your mind at ease and I wish you a truly magical visit to the Disneyland Resort! Please reach out to us again if you have more questions. You're always welcome at planDisney and we'd love to hear from you! Until next time!

Wishing You a Great, Big, Beautiful Tomorrow!

Meet the Panelist: Al, California

Ahoy there from the heart of Steinbeck Country in central California! I've been visiting the Disneyland Resort since childhood and fell in love with the sense of absolute immersion that the Imagineers have achieved. My favorite attraction is Pirates of the Caribbean because where else can you go from a California day to an evening boat ride in the bayou with "salty old pirates"? I'm a veterinarian and an all-around Disney geek and enthusiast. I'd love to help you plan your next Disneyland trip! Learn More About Al
