Hey There, Hi There, Ho There, Sandy!
You are as welcome as can be here at planDisney. How exciting that your upcoming
Disney vacation is just around the riverbend.
When you purchased your
Theme Park tickets, you should have received an email from Walt Disney World with a confirmation number that provided details about your order. The first thing you will want to do is check your email to find that confirmation email. Now, this email won't allow you to print a physical ticket but you can use the confirmation to link them to your My Disney Experience account. Since you don't have a phone, here's what you will want to do next.
When you arrive at the parks, visit a Ticket Window outside any of the Theme Parks or the Disney Ticket Center in
Disney Springs. Be sure to bring the credit card used to purchase the tickets, the person who purchased the tickets, and a photo ID with you when you go to pick up your Theme Park tickets. If you would like to pick up your tickets before your first park day, I suggest heading to the Ticket Center in Disney Springs. This would be the best way to obtain a physical ticket to enter the parks.
There is another option. When you arrive to Walt Disney World, you can purchase a
Disney band in your Resort gift shop or in Disney Springs. The Ticket Center in Disney Springs can link your Disney band to your My Disney Experience account and tickets and this is an alternative to keeping track of Ticket Cards in the parks. You wear the Disney band like a watch, so it is always with you during your vacation.
I hope this helps you, Sandy! If you have any further Disney vacation planning questions, stop back and see us and we will be so happy to help you.
Have fun making magical memories!
Keri
