How do I print my tickets?

    Hi there, Brian!

It's nice to meet you, welcome to planDisney!

You can print a Disney eTicket or just have the barcode of your eTicket scanned from your mobile device as you enter the park. If you purchased your tickets online and selected the Disney eTicket option during the checkout process you should have an email with a link to view your ticket so you can print it or save an image from there.

If you cannot find the link to print your tickets you can stop by the Disneyland Resort Box Office outside the park entrances to have your ticket re-issued. Just make sure you bring:

    • The credit card you used to purchase your tickets
    • A government-issued photo ID
    • A printed or electronic copy of your order confirmation email
I also recommend downloading the Disneyland Mobile App and checking to see if your tickets are linked to your Disney account. In the app just tap the "☰" icon at the bottom right to access the main menu and tap "Tickets and Passes" to view any tickets linked to your account. Hopefully you'll find your tickets there and not have to print anything at all!

If you have other questions I would call the Tickets phone number to speak with a Cast Member. They will be happy to help you!

The Disneyland Mobile App isn't just good for keeping track of your tickets. I love using the app to check the entertainment schedule and order snacks! It's a good idea to bring an extra battery for your phone, I find that my device often needs an extra boost when we're visiting the parks all day.

I hope you can find your tickets quickly and enjoy your day at the parks, Brian!

    Keep moving forward!
