where do i print my tickets

    Greetings, Space Ranger!

Thanks for visiting planDisney with your question. Each one of us is more than happy to help you plan for your visit to Star Command. Let’s begin!

First, I’m thrilled to hear that you have already purchased your Theme Park tickets online. Don’t forget to schedule your Theme Park Reservations as well! Now, when it comes to your ticket, since you did purchase it online, you should have the Disney eTicket linked to your Disney account. You can either present your ticket, from the Disneyland mobile app, using your mobile device or print it out.

To print out your Disney eTicket you will want to open up the eTicket viewer first. Then go ahead and print from there. If you are having difficulties with printing, you’ll want to make sure your Adobe Reader is 4.0 or higher. After that, you should be good to go.

Steven, I hope this helps get your tickets printed out. If you are still having difficulties, I recommend giving the Disneyland Resort Website Support line a call. Don’t worry, a Cast Member there will be more than happy to help repair your ship and help you get your tickets printed.

Have a great visit and remember to always go To Infinity & Beyond!
