Do we have to print the port arrival form or will an image in our phone work?

Ahoy there, KC! Welcome aboard planDisney! I'm so glad you sailed my way with this question about Port Arrival Forms! It's probably the most critical thing to have with you other than your luggage!

I'm happy to report that a digital version of your Port Arrival Form is perfectly acceptable! Of all the changes that came out of the last few years, the re-emergence of QR codes has definitely been a bright spot! Once your Online Check-in is complete, you'll have the option to save your Port Arrival Form to your device, print it, or email it! You can even return to the website at any time to be sure you have it in a format that works for you!

If you'd like to check on your Port Arrival Form, simply open the Disney Cruise Line website in your browser on your phone. Then, click the three horizontal lines in the upper left-hand corner of your screen, click "Already Booked," and then scroll down to click "Online Check-In". You will be prompted to sign in to your Disney Cruise Line account. From there, you should be able to click the link under "Online Check-In Status" to view your Port Arrival Form and save it to your device's digital wallet!

Now, when my family travels, we always bring a printed-out copy of our Port Arrival Form, just for good measure. There have been numerous times we've nearly run out of phone battery on embarkation day where the printout has been a lifesaver! We keep it in the same carry-on bag we pack for embarkation day along with our Travel Documentation, critical medications, swimsuits, and change of clothes. This way, we have everything we need to board the ship and enjoy it after embarkation but before our checked baggage arrives at our room. As Edna Mode said, "fortune favors the prepared!"

I hope that clears the way for smooth sailing, KC! Thank you for your question, and if any others surface as your sailing gets closer, please drop me another line here at planDisney!

    Fair winds and following seas!

    Andrew
