Hi Andrea, welcome back to planDisney!
Like you, I like to have a hard copy of my Walt Disney World Resort vacation schedule on hand to reference throughout my trip. I use it as a simple reminder of the experiences we booked in advance which can help guide our day at the theme parks.
You can print your schedule by logging in to your My Disney Experience account, scrolling down to My Plans, saving it as a PDF, and then printing the PDF. The benefit of this method is that it is an exact screenshot of what your My Disney Experience shows. I’ll tell you what I prefer to do, Andrea. My family has created a template on the computer that resembles a calendar for the length of our visit. We input the pertinent reservation information, such as what time our flights land, when we can check in to our
Disney Resort hotel, dining reservations, and all accompanying confirmation numbers. We even add
park hours and scheduled times for nighttime spectaculars or parades we’d like to see. Then we print our schedule and post it in our Disney Resort hotel room so we can easily view it when needed.
I hope you get a chance to visit the
EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival while you’re visiting Walt Disney World Resort, Andrea. Since you’re a planner like me, you may find it useful to read the
Disney Eats Foodie Guide to the Festival on
Disney Parks Blog. They have compiled a list of every Outdoor Kitchen and the menus so you can plan which dishes you’d like to try and where you can find them!
I hope my answer gave you some useful ideas, Andrea. Enjoy your upcoming visit to Walt Disney World Resort! If you have any future planning questions,
come see me again at planDisney!
