Hi Brock!
Thanks for your question. Like you, I try to plan as best as I can before the magic of my
Disney World vacay begins. :-)
I want to know park hours, performance hours, events such as fireworks shows, anything to help me plan and maximize my Disney experience. I've pulled back my planning some of late, to allow some wiggle room to do spontaneous experiences, but "Mr. Planner" is always there underneath the surface. :-)
So there's not really one place you can go to get everything you're looking for in one place, but Disney provides as much as they can to assist guests.
There is the
Disney Parks Park Hours page, which includes any
Extra Magic Hours or special park opening/closing times.
There is the
Parks Entertainment page, which provides times for the fireworks shows, parades, and other special performance events.
The Park Hours page has a printer-friendly option, if you wish to print a hard copy. The Entertainment page does not, so you may have to write these down and enter in your best scheduling format. I'm a big spreadsheet guy, so I'll add the appropriate columns and rows based on each day of our vacation, then try to fit the sheet on 1 page and print it.

Although this isn't printing, I would strongly encourage downloading the
My Disney Experience mobile app to your smartphone. This app is such a time-saver, and will give you an idea of attraction wait times, times for shows, fireworks, etc. It is a great tool that I use super extensively for planning!
One thing to note as it relates to entertainment: things like inclement weather can impact whether the show will occur or be cancelled, so be aware in the event there's, say, a storm coming in. Disney must ensure the safety of all the performers as well as its Cast Members.
Hope your planning goes perfect, and have a Mickey Magical Day!
