Hi June!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I am so excited to hEAR you are heading out on an adventure with Captain Mickey! With so much to do and “sea” on your voyage, you are guaranteed to have a wonderful vacation.
If this is your first sailing with Disney Cruise Line, you can begin completing your Online Check-In 75 days prior to your sailing. During the
Online Check-In process, you will provide travel information for all Guests in your travel party, including pre/post cruise plans and you will also choose a Port Arrival Time. At the end of Online Check-In you will be given the option to print out your Port Arrival Form, but it is not a required document you need when you arrive at the embarkation port. Then, once you arrive at the port for registration you will be given a boarding card with a group number on it. Once they begin inviting Guests onboard they will call the boarding group numbers and once they reach your number you can board.
Approximately 2-3 weeks before your sail date you will receive “Mickey Mail” which includes a travel booklet and your luggage tags. The booklet will include everything you need to know before your sailing, including itinerary, what to bring, necessary documents, etc. It will also include any onboard activities or port excursions you have booked. Once you arrive at the port, attach the luggage tags to your checked luggage and the porters will take them from you and then later that day they will magically appear at your stateroom door!
As long as you arrive at the port for embarkation with proper identification and your travel booklet you will be set! No need to print anything out ahead of time, unless you choose to!
Happy Sailing!
Stephanie
