Is there a way to print my itinerary once I have all my dining reservations and any extras booked so I can share with the others in the group?

    Hello Kara!

Welcome to planDisney! I love the way you think! I have made PowerPoint presentations and charts for my Walt Disney World Resort family trips. I love making sure everyone knows the plan and that I have something to look at while I roam around the Parks.

The My Disney Experience plans page lists all of the Park reservations, dining reservations, and Enchanting Extras in chronological order. There does not appear to be a print option generated by Disney but when I use my browser's print function it will print the page out for me nicely. However, it's just not pretty. It does the job and it's easy but if you are looking for something cuter and color-coded (because, why not?) then I suggest transcribing that information into a table of your own. That's just my opinion and it may be a bit extra but there is nothing wrong with being "extra."

I personally enjoy tracking my plans with the My Disney Experience Mobile App. I look under "Future Plans" if the day has not arrived or "My Day" when it is here to see what is scheduled. Make sure to include the other people in your group as "guests" to these reservations so that it shows up in their plans. They have to be a part of your Family & Friends List for you to add them to your plans. It's a good digital option to the printed itinerary and it updates as you update your plans!

I hope this helps and you have a fabulous time!

    Happy Planning!

Hey, it's Nimmy from New York! Just like my guy Jiminy Cricket I am your wisecracking and helpful guide to making the best decisions for your Disney vacation! My husband and I work very hard to journey to our favorite place on Earth, Walt Disney World Resort, as much as we can. We have traveled as just adults, with babies, kids, teenagers, and senior citizens. We have seen so many characters, eaten at amazing places, and consumed a ton of Dole Whips. So "give a little whistle" and let me be your guide! Learn More About Nimmy
