How do I print a copy of my Vacation plan?

    Hey David,

Welcome to planDisney! I’m so glad you stopped by with this really great question about your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation, and I’m happy to help! One of my favorite aspects of the My Disney Experience app and website is the planning feature. I admittedly underutilized this asset before I became a planDisney panelist, but now I love using it on my trips! The My Plans feature on both the mobile app and the website allow you to add your own activities of interest to the default information about your stay like your resort hotel if you’re staying at one of the resorts in the Disney Resorts Collection, Lightning Lanes you’ve booked and any dining reservations you’ve made. You can conveniently add as many activities (such as shows, parades and fireworks) to your My Plans section as you'd like.

Once you have your plans looking good, you can actually just use the My Disney Experience mobile app to access them while you're on the go in the parks. From the Home section of the app, tap on the menu icon in the bottom right corner (☰). Then tap My Plans. You should see everything that you’ve diligently added there, and you can even add new plans as you go along (because at Disney even the best laid plans can change).

If you really want that printout you can do that, too! From your computer, open a web browser and visit the Disney World website. Click on My Disney Experience in the upper right corner, then click My Plans and Tickets. Be sure to click the carets (▾) to expand all of the days of your vacation so the plans are visible. Then click your browser’s menu option and click print. I can’t speak for all browsers, but for some of them that menu button looks like 3 dots stacked vertically. Once you print, you should have a static printed version of your plans.

My best advice would be to use the app. This way, when you change your mind on the fly about something already in your plans to make time to see the Dapper Dans perform (because you must see them perform!), you can keep track of all your changes. The My Disney Experience mobile app is a great tool – it is very intuitive and pretty easy to use.

I hope this information is helpful, David. Hoping all of your planning results in a practically perfect vacation. If you need any additional help, visit us here at planDisney anytime. See ya real soon!
