Hi, LuAnn! Welcome to planDisney.
Every time I visit, I look forward to the moment I walk through the gates at Magic Kingdom Park and walk towards Cinderella Castle. I always get that feeling that I'm in the place where fairy tales truly come to life. For many Guests (especially my daughter), the highlight of a visit to Magic Kingdom Park is getting to meet the beloved Disney Princesses in person. It really does feel like walking into the pages of your favorite storybook.
You’ll find several princesses ready to greet you throughout the park, LuAnn. At Princess Fairytale Hall in Fantasyland, you can
meet Cinderella and
Tiana, each alongside another visiting princess, which often includes Rapunzel or Elena of Avalor. Just around the riverbend,
Ariel welcomes Guests in her mermaid grotto, whilst over in Adventureland,
Jasmine often appears with Aladdin near The Magic Carpets of Aladdin. My favorite Disney Princess, Belle, enchants Guests during
Enchanted Tales with Belle, where she makes an appearance after a delightful storytelling experience. From time to time, you may also bump into other Disney Princesses who are visiting their friends at Magic Kingdom Park. So be on the lookout for any surprise sightings!
If meeting a princess is high on your royal wish list, be sure to check the
My Disney Experience app first thing in the morning for character times and locations. Lines are usually shorter earlier in the day, and sometimes Lightning Lane entry is offered for Princess Fairytale Hall, which can be a great way to fit more magic into your day without as much waiting.
Finally, suppose you make a dining reservation for
Cinderella's Royal Table. In that case, you'll not only be treated to a banquet fit for royalty, but you'll also enjoy VIP interactions with many princesses. Sometimes, Aurora, Merida, and Snow White even make an appearance.
I hope that's helpful, LuAnn. Happy planning!
Mike
