Welcome aboard, Travis!
Your own little princess and her court will surely have a ball onboard the Disney Dream! Character greetings and photo opportunities with the Disney characters are surely going on a frame, and your whole family will be looking at it with a huge smile. Here is the link for the
list of characters that you could potentially meet face to face with, while onboard the Disney Dream. In the last couple of months, Princess Anna from Frozen has also been onboard. Though schedules do change and it is not always guaranteed to see the whole list of characters, you will surely spot a good number of them around the ship, and at the scheduled Character Greets. Make sure you check out the Personal Navigator for schedules. You'll get this every night in your stateroom, and you can plan the next day based on the activities that you and your family are interested in.
You'll surely pick a favorite picture (or two) from the vast array of photos that you'll be taking. If you're looking to frame one of them, you might want to plan on picking up a picture mat from your local arts & crafts store. Hopefully, you can find one that has a wide border and the Disney Characters can sign it for you. You'll need to put the picture mat that you'd like signed, along with a bunch of colored markers in a large ziploc bag, and drop it off at the Guest Services desk when you embark. Make sure to put your Name and Stateroom # on the baggie. Some of the Disney characters can sign the picture mat for you and you'll get it delivered back in your stateroom on the last night of your cruise. It's a free service and makes a great little souvenir to display a favorite picture of your little princess, while on the Disney Cruise.
Have a wonderful voyage!
