Are princesses always available at the meals at Akershus Royal Banquet Hall in Epcot? I read in one book that they are only there for an hour per meal. We have reservations for a 10:45 breakfast and I want to make sure they will be there!

I can put your mind at ease, Penny; the princesses do attend breakfast at the Akershus Royal Banquet Hall each morning.  They take the time to stop by each table (typically one princess at a time) to pose for photos with guests and sign autographs.  You can also expect that they might linger for a few minutes to chat with the guests at the table.  You should not expect, however, that the princesses will stay at your table for an extended period of time; they want to allow you to eat your yummy breakfast!  But they will be around to greet you and engage briefly before moving on to the next table.  I can't say how long they'll stay in the restaurant total, but you should plan to spend a few minutes with each of them during the course of your meal.  I hope that clears things up for you!
