    Do the Princess themed rooms at the Port Orleans hotel cost extra? I was debating between there and the Contemporary.

    Hi Meagan!!!

    I just recently had the opportunity to tour a Royal Guest Room at Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside!  It is absolutely beautiful and wonderfully decorated!!  There are so many hidden treasures in the rooms!!

    The Royal Guest Rooms will cost more than a Standard Room.  On average it will be an additional $20-$30 per evening depending on the view from your room.  I can assure you that the extra money is well worth it to experience one of these rooms. 

    You also can't go wrong with staying at Disney's Contemporary Resort.  There is a pretty substantial price increase between the two resorts.  If you are trying to watch your cost, I would highly recommend Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside.  If you are willing to spend a little extra money, then Disney's Contemporary Resort is a great choice as well!!
