Want to do a princess meal w/ 2 year old during our trip (have DDP) . We prefer Akershus but aren't sure we want to spend a day at Epcot. Should we spend 2 dining tickets for CRT and skip Epcot or go to Akershus and spend the day at Epcot (no park hopper)

    Hi Jessica,

I have a few thoughts on your question.  First, dining at the Castle at Cinderella's Royal Table is a wonderful experience that most little girls adore.  However, if you'd rather not use two table credits per table, Akershus is a fabulous option. I know you weren't planning on a visit to Epcot, and I'm wondering if you are concerned that your little girl might not have enough to do there.   Before visiting, many people think that Epcot is for older children and that there isn't much for little ones.  In my experience, that's not the case, and there are many wonderful attractions suitable for tiny tikes.  At two, my kids loved Journey Into Imagination, The Kodak "What If" Labs, Nemo, Turtle Talk with Crush, Mexico Ride (featuring Donald Duck) and the amazing character Meet and Greet located at Innoventions.  They also really enjoyed the "dancing" water fountains and entertainers located throughout the World Showcase.

If you really rather skip Epcot (and, therefore, Akershus) and don't want to use two table service credits at Cinderella's Royal Table, I have a third option for you.  At the Grand Floridian, your daughter can enjoy "Cinderella's Happily Ever After Dinner".  My kids love the food at this buffet dinner (especially the 'make your own sundaes' at dessert), and get a kick out of Cinderella's step sisters, Prince Charming and Cinderella herself!

Whichever you decide, have a wonderful evening!
