Hey there, Lyndsay!
Welcome to planDisney and thank you for coming to us with your vacation planning question!
My Disney Experience is an awesome resource for planning Walt Disney World Resort vacations. Let's see if we can find a resolution for you and your client so everyone can manage their own vacation plans!
Lyndsay, if you see that your client is listed as having "Plans Managed by Me" in your My Disney Experience
Family & Friends List, then you currently manage this individual's My Disney Experience account profile. This means that your client must merge their separate My Disney Experience account with the one reflected in your Family & Friends List. To do so, follow these steps:
1. Select your client's name under My Other Family & Friends in your Family & Friends List.
2. Under Connect with This Guest, choose "Send Email."
3. Enter the email address associated with your client's My Disney Experience account, and select "Send Invitation."
Once your client accepts the invitation to connect, they will be able to view and manage all of their plans currently housed in your My Disney Experience account. This also means that you'll now be connected as Family & Friends, allowing you to view each other's plans and make new plans including one another! In order for your client to add their daughter to their Family & Friends List, your client will need to visit their Family & Friends List and select "Add a Guest." Your client's daughter should magically appear there as an option to add. Please note that if your client's daughter is under the age of 13, you may need to reach out to My Disney Experience directly for assistance with transferring the child's account profile. However, even if the child's account profile is not transferred to your client's My Disney Experience account, your client should still be able to include their child in their plans since you are now linked via your Family & Friends Lists!
Lyndsay, I hope this information is useful to you and your client in the vacation planning process. Please feel free to
reach out to me directly if you have additional follow-up questions, and I'd be happy to help!
See ya real soon,
Lauren
