Hiya Johnny! Welcome to planDisney! It's great to have you stop by with your question!
Wait, I thought everybody was a kid at
Walt Disney World! Well, at least that's what I like to think anyway! I love how Disney magic is everywhere around the Resort. It doesn't matter if you are at a theme park, a
Disney Resorts Hotel, or any of the fantastic dining locations, there is always a general sense of happiness that brings many Guests back to their childhood.
Walt Disney World divides its pricing into three different categories. Adults are considered as any Guest 10 years of age or older. A child is any Guest between the ages of 3-9 years old and Guests under the age of 3 years old are not charged at all for theme park tickets, special event tickets, or prix fixe dining meals. For park tickets, pricing will vary depending on the dates that you visit. There is not one price I can provide, but I do recommend using the
Walt Disney World website and selecting theme park tickets to get exact pricing on the time of year you wish to visit. For dining, you'll be able to find
child pricing on any menu listed for the restaurant you plan to eat at. For Character Dining meals, buffets, and prix fixe menu offerings, there will be a set price for each child, unless the child is under three years old.
Whenever your next visit is, make sure to check out all the new experiences that have made their way to the Walt Disney World Resort. EPCOT has undergone some major changes and have added some new attractions to the park.
Remy's Ratatouille Adventure opened back in October and is the perfect ride for children of all ages. It's an interactive experience that makes you feel as if you are in the movie yourself!
Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind is set to debut at the end of this month and will be a great thrill ride for kids that are a little bit older. I'm excited for my next visit when my oldest daughter and I will get a chance to experience it together!
Johnny, I hope this information helps you navigate planning for your next trip! Be sure to
stop back any time to planDisney for help with additional questions!
See ya real soon!
