Hiya, Pauline! Welcome to planDisney!
Pauline, I’m so excited to get to your question today.
Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort is one of my favorite resorts at Walt Disney World. The Gran Destino Tower is stunning, the grounds are beautiful, and there are so many great dining options to choose from!
My wife and I did
Sangria University in 2023, and we absolutely loved it. It was a great experience with tasty sips, great light bites, and just a phenomenal atmosphere overall.
Note that it recently moved from
Three Bridges Bar and Grill at Villa del Lago to
Toledo - Tapas, Steak & Seafood as of December 13, 2025. Toledo is on the top floor of the Gran Destino Tower at the resort. The experience is currently offered on Saturdays and Sundays at both 11:00 AM and 1:30 PM and lasts approximately 90 minutes. The cost, with tax and gratuity, as of this writing is $73.46. Please note that the price is subject to change.
The course is led by a Cast Member with a thorough understanding of the history of sangria. They also share the recipes used to make the four varieties of sangria served at Toledo. You’ll get to taste the four sangria offerings, and they will also be accompanied by a light appetizer. You'll also get to make your own glass of sangria from a selection of fresh fruits and base spirits, which is just so fun! It was more than worth it for us, and we would absolutely do it again.
While you’re at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort, I highly recommend taking a stroll around Lago Dorado, which is the lake at the resort. There are bridges that cross the lake as well, and Three Bridges Bar and Grill at Villa del Lago is located quite literally at the intersection of the three bridges there. If you have time, I suggest having lunch or dinner there after your Sangria University experience. It’s definitely worth checking out!
I hope you have a great time, Pauline! If you have any other questions as you continue to plan your visit to
The Most Magical Place on Earth, please don’t hesitate to come back and see us here at

Cheers!
Olivier
