If price was no option what hotel would you stay at with a 2 year old boy? My husband and I were thinking of staying at one resort one night and another resort another night - any suggestions would be amazing.

    Hi, Rachel!

If you could spend two nights at any two different resorts, with a 2-year old boy, choose Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge-Kidani Village. A One-Bedroom, Savannah-View Villa would provide a great place for naps while Mom and Dad can enjoy the living area and the view of the animals from your own private balcony.  A full kitchen will allow for snacks for both the grownups and the little one, too, without having to leave your villa!  If your little boy is anything like my little boy at 2, you'll need the in-villa washer and dryer, too, to get the stains of the day out of your favorite Mickey Mouse or Cars T-shirt! The pool area, Samawati Springs,  has one of the most spectacular children's splash area, called  Uwanja Camp.

Next? Choose a One-Bedroom Theme Park View Villa at  Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort.  This is for two reasons:  proximity to Magic Kingdom and a spectacular view of Wishes Nighttime Spectacular each night. Because this property is on the monorail, you can wheel your little guy, sound asleep, onto and off of the monorail car and right into your room at night.  Chef Mickey's is right next door, connected by a covered breezeway, where you can meet the characters while enjoying a great meal, too.  If the little one can't stay up for Wishes at night, Mom and Dad can sneak out onto the private balcony, or even watch them from your living area (with oversided windows) while listening to the soundtrack, which can be heard through your television.  Of course, a full kitchen and washer / dryer are in this villa as well.

Please send any additional questions you may have about your upcoming plans!  I'd love to help!
