What is the price for the Disney dining plan?

    Hi Michael!

Welcome to planDisney!  I'm so glad you stopped by to be our guest and dish on one of my favorite topics - dining!

Michael, my pal Chef Remy from Ratatouille said "If you are what you eat, then I only want to eat the good stuff," and there is plenty of "good stuff" to find around Walt Disney World Resort!  Adding a dining plan to your Walt Disney World Resort vacation is a great way to add an element of convenience without sacrificing the flexibility to choose from some of your favorite dining locations.  Currently, there are two dining plans offered - the Disney Dining Plan and the Disney Quick-Service Dining Plan.  Both of these offer one snack or non-alcoholic beverage per Guest for each night of your stay and each Guest also gets a Resort-Refillable Mug that can be used throughout your vacation.  The difference between the two plans is when it comes to your meals.  On the Disney Quick-Service Dining Plan, each Guest will receive two Quick-Service meals per night of their stay, while those on the Disney Dining Plan will receive one Quick-Service and one Table-Service meal per night.

The best way to check pricing for your selected plan is to log into your current reservation in your My Disney Experience account.  You should see an option to "Modify" your existing reservation and can follow the prompts to add your selected dining plan.  It's important to note that dining plans can only be added to vacation packages - not separate room and ticket reservations - and they are only available to Guests staying in a Disney Resorts Collection hotel.  If you don't see the option to modify or would like assistance with this process, I recommend calling Disney Resort Hotel Reservations and a friendly Cast Member will be happy to assist!

Michael, I hope this answer is helpful and that you enjoy trying all of the delicious dining options available during your vacation.  Don't forget that advanced dining reservations open 60 days before your arrival for Table-Service restaurants!  If you have any other questions, please stop by to see us again here at planDisney!

    Bon Appétit!
