What's the price discount if using Military ID's?

    Hi Jennifer!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I'm an Air Force wife, and I am so beyond thankful for the wonderful way that Walt Disney World Resort thanks the troops through their U.S. Military Promotional offers. Currently those with an active U.S. Military ID will receive a discount that ranges between $5 to $20 off any Magic Your Way or Special Event Disney Theme Park ticket, depending on the time of year, length of the visit, which ticket you're buying, etc. U.S. Military Members can also enjoy special discounts on Disney Resort Hotel rooms. (Usually 25 to 40 percent off depending on which resort hotel, time of year, etc.)

However, there is one super awesome U.S. Military Promotional Ticket that you should know about. While the fine details of the offer change a bit every year, for the remainder of 2018 you can take advantage of this specially priced four or five day ticket that includes the Park Hopper option. Note that this offer is valid from January 1 until December 15-ish of a single calendar year, with the details of the next years offer announced usually in September or October. These tickets can only be purchased from Shades of Green, the MWR/ITT office on your base/post, or at a Disney World Guest Relations location.

Pro Tips: Buy these tickets on base or at Shades of Green where they'll be sales tax free! Also, ask your base now if they stock these tickets of if they order them as guests buy them, then make sure to order them with enough time to receive them before your FastPass+ window opens.

Definitely come back with all of your other Disney Military questions, Jennifer, and We'll See You Real Soon!
