Hi B,
Welcome to planDisney and thank you for the question!
There are different types of
children’s tickets for admission to the Walt Disney World Theme Parks. Like the adult tickets, guests can choose 1 Park Per Day tickets, Park Hopper Option tickets, Water Park and Sports Option tickets, and the Park Hopper Plus tickets for their children. Each of these tickets are unique in their offerings and vary in price. The ticket prices may also fluctuate depending on when you’re traveling to the Walt Disney World Resort. The same type of ticket may be a different price in March than it will be in October.
I suggest you spend some time toggling between the different options for the tickets to see what may be best for you and your family. To do this, just head to the
Walt Disney World admissions portion of the website, under “Theme Park Tickets” press “Select Tickets”, then on the next page press “Select”. On the following page, you’ll be able to select the number of days, ticket type, and time of year. Once those three items are selected, you can see the tickets separated by age group, “Ages 10+” and “Ages 3-9”. Keep in mind, children under the age of three do not need Theme Park tickets. Once you purchase your tickets, don't forget to book your
Disney Park Passes!
