I had previously had taken a trip to WDW last year, and I stayed in WDW and I'm returning in November.Last time when i landed in Orlando at 2pm i went and got my luggage from the baggage claim and taken it to the bus. Do i have to get it this time

    Hi Austin,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I hear lots of hand clapping from Mickey Mouse and friends because they are excited about your upcoming visit to the Walt Disney World Resort!

Personally, I am thrilled about the Luggage Delivery Service. With your Disney's Magical Express® Transportation reservation, you will receive luggage tags a few weeks prior to your arrival. As long as you are arriving on a domestic flight, once you attach your luggage tags to your bags, you can check your bags at the airport and then they will arrive, quite magically, to your resort hotel room later that day or evening.

If, for some reason, you do not receive your luggage tags prior to your departure, do not worry. Just save your baggage claim ticket from the airline. When you check-in for Disney's Magical Express® transportation, give them your baggage claim number(s). They will locate your bags for you and still deliver them to your resort hotel room. On two occasions, I have not received my luggage tags prior to departure, so I had to give my baggage claim number to a representative at the Disney's Magical Express® airport location. My bags arrived just fine.

Remember to keep your MagicBands, medications, a change of clothes and other important items with you in your carry-on bag(s). If you have dinner reservations for a character meal and have little ones to dress, be sure those outfits are in your carry-on bags as well since your checked bags might not arrive until after dinner.

Austin, I am positive you will find the Luggage Delivery Service quite liberating. Walk like a superhero through the airport and to the motorcoach. Go, ride, win!

Magic, memories and Minnie Mouse hugs,
