Hey Dominique!
We’re so glad you found us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I see you’re planning for some summer fun!
I’m glad to hear that you were able to purchase a
SoCal Resident ticket! It’s such an amazing deal and I always recommend it to friends and family when that time of year comes around. If you haven’t already heard, they have decided to generously extend the expiration date on the SoCal Resident ticket. You now have until December 16, 2021 to use your tickets on non consecutive days. Some
black out days do apply so make sure you check those before you go.
With the way tickets for the Disneyland Resort work, your tickets should be activated and ready for you to use at the turnstile. I would definitely try now and see if you can link your ticket to your Disneyland Resort account. You can use the
Disneyland Mobile App, sign in at
Disneyland.com or if both of those don’t work you can always call
Ticket Member Services. As far as making a theme park reservation, we are still unsure if you will need a linked ticket in order to make a park reservation. What we do know is that you will need a theme park reservation in order to enter the parks, even if you have a valid ticket.
Well Dominique, I hope this information was useful for you and I highly recommend you try to get your ticket linked to a Disneyland Resort account.
Remember, always believe in the Magic!
