    We previously were Believe Key passholders and I tried to purchase/renew today, but after waiting in the queue for 10 hours, it looks like they were sold out. I purchased Inspite Key passes and would like to know if upgrading is an option.

    Thanks for contacting us at planDisney! There are many things that I love about being a Magic Key holder, including exclusive Disney PhotoPass opportunities, access to Magic Key Terrace, and dining discounts! As long as your Magic Key pass is linked to your Disneyland mobile app, applicable discounts for mobile ordering should be automatically applied to the total amount. It's so easy!

    Magic Keys flew off the (online) shelf last week! I imagine that it is disappointing that you didn't get the Magic Key that you originally wanted, but I'm very glad that you were able to purchase the Inspire Key! Since new sales of Magic Key passes have paused, it is not currently possible to upgrade your existing Magic Key outside of your renewal window. According to the Magic Key Terms and Conditions, current Magic Key holders may have the opportunity during their renewal window to renew into a pass made available within the program (subject to change). This indicates that you will need to wait until your renewal window opens, which is currently up to 30 days before the pass expiration date, or until Magic Keys are back on sale. I wish I had better news!

    For the time being, don't forget to link your Magic Key pass to the Disneyland mobile app, making it easy to enter the parks and access all related discounts. If you haven't mobile ordered any of the seasonal offerings from Jolly Holiday Bakery Cafe yet, then I suggest doing so on your next visit! They currently have S'mores Tarts and Strawberry-stuffed Croissants that are simply delectable!
