    I previously attended the complimentary beer tasting/lesson at Disney's Contemporary Resort at The Wave...of American Flavors. It was fun, informative, and delicious. What day/time does this occur? We will be there March 3rd and 4th and maybe the 5th.

    Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking me a question! 

    Looks like the word is out! One of the hidden gems of Disney’s Contemporary Resort, The Wave… of American Flavors, has a hidden gem of its own: complimentary beer sampling/tastings! These highly informative and, as you put it, delicious events usually take place every Saturday from 3-4 p.m. 

    An important note: these tastings are only available for guests staying at either Disney’s Contemporary Resort or at Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort. Please consult the Resort Activities Guide that you will get when you check-in to make sure that the date/time for this event hasn’t changed. 

    Based on the dates you’ve given me for your upcoming vacation, it looks as though you’re probably going to miss this event. I guess that just gives you an excuse to book another trip to the Walt Disney World Resort, this time making sure to include a Saturday visit if you’re staying at Disney’s Contemporary Resort!
