Hi Scot, welcome to planDisney!
I’ve never visited Walt Disney World Resort over Thanksgiving, but I can understand if it just doesn’t feel like the holiday without the traditional Thanksgiving meal.
Official Thanksgiving Day menus have not been released for 2023 at this time. As I was researching the answer to your question, Disney Eats shared a post highlighting several
Thanksgiving treats available throughout Walt Disney World Resort this season. In the description, Disney Eats mentions that there are several Walt Disney World parks and resort locations that offer a traditional Thanksgiving Day meal, so it sounds like that information might be coming soon. I suggest continuing to check the
Disney Parks Blog for further updates on Thanksgiving offerings.
In the meantime, I perused the current menus of several Disney Resort
dining options and couldn’t find any information about Thanksgiving meals. However, this is not surprising because as you can see from the
2022 Disney Eats Foodie Guide to Feasts and Treats for Thanksgiving, many of the Thanksgiving meals were only offered on Thanksgiving Day.
It doesn’t have to be Thanksgiving Day to enjoy a traditional holiday meal at
Liberty Tree Tavern in Magic Kingdom Park! This all-you-care-to-enjoy meal fits the bill with roasted turkey, pot roast, and oven-roasted pork accompanied by mashed potatoes and stuffing among other side dishes. Disney Eats also posted a
Foodie Guide to the Holidays at Walt Disney World Resort 2023 which featured many seasonal treats including a Homecomin’ Holiday Turkey Sandwich at
Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’, and an Open-face Turkey Smash at
The Polite Pig. These dishes are limited-time offerings and the dates they are available are listed in the Foodie Guide. The
EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays begins in EPCOT on November 24, 2023, and while the menus of the Holiday Kitchens have not been released yet, you can often find traditional holiday dishes throughout the festival.
I’m sorry I couldn’t give you a definitive answer, Scot, but I hope I gave you some treats to look forward to! Keep watching the
Disney Parks Blog for more details about what is to come this holiday season. Since we’re on the topic of Thanksgiving, I’m thankful for YOU for coming to planDisney with your question! Please come back and see us again soon!
