    On my previous trips we were sent a vacation planning guide and got assistance from someone at Disney. Do they still offer that service?

    Hi, Kristy!

    I am not sure what type of assistance you have received in the past, but I will give you some ways to get help when planning your magical Walt Disney World vacation.

    *Call (407)934-7639. A friendly Cast Member will be happy to walk you through booking your entire vacation from your resort room, to theme park tickets, to dining reservations. I have never called and felt rushed. Every question is always answered to my satisfaction.

    *Consult with an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner. Travel agents can be a big help if you are feeling overwhelmed booking your vacation. Ask for referrals from friends to find the best travel agent.

    *A bit of self promotion here, but the Disney Parks Moms Panel is a great resource! We are happy to help with dining suggestions, itineraries, and more! Just send in your questions and we will do our best to reply with helpful information.

    *All of the Disney vacation planning videos are now conveniently online. Just CLICK HERE to select a video to watch. Choose from Walt Disney World, Disneyland, Disney Cruise Line and more!

    Hopefully some of these resources will be helpful for you during the planning process. I hope to hear from you soon as  you dive into vacation planning mode!

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home.
