    On our previous stays at POR, we had paid additional to have a preferred room closer to the main building due to mobility issues. However, when I booked this trip online, I did not see this option. Any advice on getting a room close to the main building?

    Hi Jessica,

    You may still book a preferred room near transportation, dining, and check in at Disney's Port Orleans Resort-Riverside. Try calling (407)934-7639 to talk to a Cast Member who can assist you in adding a room that will meet your needs to your reservation. The new online system still has a few kinks to be unknotted that may have prevented you from choosing a preferred room online.
