In a previous question, you mentioned building your own light saber at Once Upon A Toy in Downtown Disney. My son loves Star Wars. Can you please give me a little more information on this. What exactly can you do? How much does it cost? Thanks!

So the Force is strong with your son too! Well you might get a galactic hug if you stop at Once Upon A Toy Store to make a lightsaber.

You'll find the lightsaber station very easy to use. Building your own Jedi weapon is a great activity for all Jedi Apprentices. There are many designs possible including a purple filter for Windu fans. Your lightsaber is completely customized so if you feel the Dark Side might be stronger, then you'll build a Sith type weapon instead. No matter how elaborate your design, the last price I saw was $19.95 which included batteries.

Perhaps your son will want to build a lightsaber of his own design or he may want to follow a Jedi (or Sith) design. The saber has lights, sounds and vibrations so they are quite authentic.

Step up to the kiosk that announces "Build Your Own Lightsaber: Choose Your Destiny" and follow the nine easy steps. Use the Force!
