Hi Ashton! Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney! We’re here to help! My family also has a few members with anxiety triggered by crowds. That can definitely be a challenge when visiting the Disney Parks. I’m happy to offer some assistance in how we manage that challenge. The least crowded time to visit the Disney Parks is typically any time immediately after large crowds just left! For example, with schools just reopening the summer crowds have dwindled significantly and crowds are quite low. Another good time to visit is immediately following the Christmas holiday. Once schools reopen in January the crowds decrease again. The best times to avoid are anytime school is out of session. Many families use those times to visit the Walt Disney World Resort. It can become very crowded at those times. While you are there, I advise visiting early in the morning or later in the evening. The parks become very crowded by about 11:00 AM. I also advise leaving prior to park closing time. When the parks close the mass exodus can become rather overwhelming at times.Ashton, one other piece of advice that I’ll offer is to consider visiting Magic Kingdom Park for the Disney Very Merriest After Hours event at Magic Kingdom Park. This is a special ticketed event that offers some of the lowest crowds and shortest lines that you will experience at Magic Kingdom Park! The event runs from 9:00 PM to 1:00 AM. If you decide to do this, a good time to attend might be the week or two following Thanksgiving. Again, schools are reopening and the larger Christmas holiday crowds will be about a week away from descending on the parks.Ashton, I hope this information is helpful to your planning!Hakuna Matata! Jonathan
