how to present Not So Scary Halloween tickets

    Hiya, Hailey!

I'm so glad you've found your way to planDisney –– thanks for stopping by with your question.  Can you believe that after all that waiting and wishing (and planning!), your Walt Disney World Resort vacation is just a few sleeps away?  You must be getting so excited!  Not only that, but it sounds like you'll also be attending the spookiest soiree of the year, Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, during your visit!  With shorter than-than-normal wait times on your favorite attractions, all your favorite friends dressed up for an evening of ghoulish galavanting, and trick-or-treating inside Magic Kingdom Park (seriously, that never stops being cool!), this just so happens to be one of my favorite after-hours events of the whole year and I can't wait for you to experience all the frightful fun for yourself in just a few days!

Speaking of Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, I think you're asking how you present your tickets to join the party once you arrive at Magic Kingdom Park, and I'm happy to share those details with you.  If you're planning to enter the park using your ticket to the party, you'll be directed to a specific area at the main gate to tap your MagicBand or Disney MagicMobile pass, where a Cast Member will also give you a wristband for the event (this wristband will allow you to stay in the park after it closes to the general public).  However, if you're planning to enter the park earlier in the day with standard theme park admission, you won't need to go all the way back to the main entrance to scan your party ticket and collect your band –– wristbands are also typically distributed in both Adventureland and Tomorrowland for party Guests who are already inside the park.

Also, don't forget that your Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party ticket allows you to enter Magic Kingdom Park beginning at 4 PM each day, even though the party itself won't start until 7 PM.  This is a great way to enjoy a few extra hours in the park without having to purchase an additional ticket, so I always recommend arriving early, if possible.  And best of all? It's the perfect opportunity to enjoy a pre-party DOLE Whip from Aloha Isle, which is definitely a can't-miss part of the night, if you ask me!

Thanks so much for visiting planDisney, Hailey.  I'm wishing you a Walt Disney World Resort visit that's filled with happy haunts and plenty of pixie dust!
