Hi there, Alisa! Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question! Your springtime visit is just around the corner, and it sounds like you're sorting out using the
Disability Access Service during your trip to the Walt Disney World Resort. I'm happy to chat with you all about this unique service that showcases the park's commitment to inclusiveness by offering eligible Guests accommodations for minimizing wait times in a conventional queue.
Alisa, when you complete the
registration process for DAS
virtually through a live video chat with a Cast Member, you will have an opportunity to make two preselections for each day of your visit as part of the registration process. It's best to make sure your travel party is all linked together on your Family & Friends list and that everyone also has a valid theme park admission linked to their account. This process can be done anywhere between 2 and 30 days in advance of your visit. Check out all of the
attractions available for Guests using the DAS service to help with your planning and preselections!
To make additional selections, once you have entered the park, you can reserve additional return times directly in the
My Disney Experience mobile app. Guests can hold one active DAS return time at once, and anyone in the party can make the selections, but the DAS holder must be present when the pass is redeemed.
Alisa, if you run into any problems using DAS in the parks, or are unable to complete the preregistration process before heading to the parks, you can also opt to complete the registration in person at any
Guest Relations location at any of the theme parks.
While you're visiting, the
EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival will be in full bloom - I can't wait to see the beautiful blooming topiaries, take a walk through the Butterfly Garden, and sample some
delicious festival foods myself this month! It's a great time to chase some magic, and I hope you catch your fill of magic and memories at the Most Magical Place on Earth!
See you real soon,
Alison
