    We have a pre-schooler that still occasionally has accidents while sleeping. Can we arrange with the AK resort to get something on the bed so as not to ruin the mattress?

    Once you are in your room, call Housekeeping.

    Request a waterproof sheet and extra linens in case your child has an accident while sleeping. It's a good idea to have some extra linens so that a call to Housekeeping doesn't have to be made during the night.

    I can tell you that from past experience, Housekeeping is very helpful. Once, when my son was very ill with a stomach virus, they came in during the night to take the soiled linens away and provided many new linens for us.
