Hi, Cortney! Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney!
When I visit Walt Disney World with my family, we use
Disability Access Service (DAS) for my son who is on the autism spectrum. The DAS program is incredibly helpful for Guests who, due to a disability, cannot wait in a traditional queue environment. I really love the recent updates that were made to the DAS program. Being able to make DAS selections using the
My Disney Experience mobile app and the ability to
pre-register for DAS are game changers!
Another helpful feature that was recently added to the DAS program is the ability to plan some of your DAS experiences in advance. Since you have already pre-registered for DAS, you can head to the
Planning with Disability Access Service (DAS) page on the Walt Disney World website. If you scroll through this page, you will find a button that says "Request Live Chat." Simply click this button and a chat window should pop up, connecting you to a Cast Member who can assist you with making your experience selections.
Please note that the live chat option is offered between the hours of 7:00 A.M. and 10:00 P.M. Eastern Time, and DAS Advance selections must be made between 2 and 30 days prior to your park visit. If you have any issues reaching a Cast Member through the live chat, you can also
contact Disability Services by phone.
Wishing you a magical Walt Disney World Resort vacation!
Samantha
