Hi Mark!
Welcome to planDisney! I am very happy to help you with your question about
Disney’s Disability Access Services. The DAS allows Guests who have difficulty waiting in traditional lines a means to experience the attractions and entertainment in the best way possible.
The Disneyland Resort recently began offering Guests the opportunity to book their DAS reservations in Advance. This has proven a very convenient way for families to plan attractions and park visits!
DAS Advance, as it is called, is available to reserve 30 days prior to arrival, up to two days before check-in. To take advantage of DAS Advance, you need to
pre-register online. You will then be able to engage in an online live video chat with a DAS Cast Member who will discuss the need for the DAS, and assist you to register either yourself or your family member, depending on who needs the DAS. Due to high demand, wait times are much greater than expected. Cast Members are available to speak with Guests beginning at 7 a.m. until 10 p.m., times are subject to change. I highly suggest that you log on at approximately 7 a.m. to keep your wait times to a minimum. Keep in mind that if you are unable to register for DAS Advance, you can reserve the DAS in person when you arrive at the theme park. You can head to Guest Services who will be able to assist you with registering and making your DAS reservations.
I truly hope this helps you plan your most magical vacation at the Happiest Place on Earth!
