Disability Access Service (DAS) is an incredibly helpful tool for those who have difficulty standing in tradition ride queues for long periods of time. The Disneyland Resort prides itself on being inclusive and accommodating to all Guests. Lately, they've taken it a step further by offering the DAS Advance feature, where Guests can pre-register for DAS and begin making ride selections before they arrive at the Disneyland Resort. Ka-Chow!
To register for
DAS Advance, visit the Registering for Disability Access Service page and scroll down to the "Ready to Chat with a Cast Member?" section. There will be a blue button labeled "Request Live Video Chat." That's what you're looking for! You'll want to make sure to stay patient, as there may be a bit of a wait, and to stay near your computer. If you miss your video chat with a Cast Member, you will have to restart the process and wait all over again. The Chat feature will appear on the side of your screen. Click the "Start" button and off you go!
Tina, pre-registration for Disability Access Service is currently available Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. PT (subject to change). The Guest registering for DAS must be present in the video chat. You're able to do this advance registration between two and 30 days before your arrival. You still fall within that window, so you are eligible to pre-register! Once you start wrapping up your live video chat, the friendly Cast Member on the other side of the screen can help direct you on making your initial selections!
