    How does pre-purchasing Photopass+ work? We have always bought the Photopass CD after returning home and the CD was mailed to us after I edited all photos (added borders, etc.). If you pre-purchase prior to the trip, how do you get the CD after the trip?

    Hi Trisha, 

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!  Thanks for your question!  My family and I have used the PhotoPass and PhotoPass+ Service on every one of our vacations and we absolutely cherish the memories we have captured thanks to the amazing PhotoPass Photographers!  

    If you choose to pre-order the PhotoPass+, it must be ordered at least 14 days before your arrival.  The reason for the time frame is because your PhotoPass+ package will be shipped to your home.  Your package will include a Disney PhotoPass+ voucher,  Disney's Photo Gallery CD and a voucher for Disney's PhotoCD.  

    You will need to bring the PhotoPass+ voucher on your vacation in order to claim your PhotoPass+ card and lanyard.  You can redeem your voucher at any of the PhotoPass Sales Centers located in all four of the Theme Parks, as well as in Downtown Disney.  When you get home, you are able to view and edit all of your photos as usual.  When you are finished, simply choose the PhotoCD option and place it in your cart.  From there, proceed to the checkout and enter the code found on the Disney's PhotoCD voucher that you received with your package.  The credit will then be applied to your account.  Please be aware that there will be an additional charge for shipping at this time.
