I have pre-purchased the photopass + on our last trip to WDW. I now see an option for the my memories option which looks like if prepaid would be $149. Could you please explain to me the difference between the new my memories and the photopass +?

Hello Lisa, welcome to the Disney Parks Mom´s Panel!

Disney´s Memory Maker is a digital only entitlement that will probably include all available photos in Disney´s PhotoPass+.

Though I have not seen any official news, it appears that Memory Maker is replacing PhotoPass+.  The new service will be totally integrated with Disney´s MagicBands.

Memory Maker will not include printed packages that were available with PhotoPass+ at select Character Restaurants and The Pirates League.
Videos of new digital experiences with Disney Characters and others might probably be included.

Guests that had already purchased PhotoPass+ will be able to change to Memory Maker.

For more official information you can contact PhotoPass Guest Support team at disneyphotopass_support@disneyworld.com or at (407) 560-4300.

Thank you for visiting and we hope to hear again from you.
