I pre-purchased the photo pass prior to our 9/7 vacation. I have not claimed my pics yet. I got a letter in the mail about their new website. If I claim the pics on the new site, am I able to redeem the CD I pre-purchased? Can I still use the old site?

    Hi Chad!

Disney's PhotoPass website has a brand new look and for guests whose vacations started on or after September 4, 2013 you will need to claim your pictures from the new website.  To get started, just enter the number on the back of your PhotoPass card(s) and then begin adding fun graphics to your photos. Once you have finished with your edits, you will enter your 16 digit code that you received with your pre-arrival offer and the cost of Disney's Photo Archival CD will be deducted from your balance.  Just make sure to check the date on your photos because they will expire 45 days after the picture was taken unless you purchase a 15 day extension for $19.95.

I hope this was helpful, Chad!  Have a great time reliving those Disney vacation memories and adding lots of fun graphics to your photos.

    Best Wishes!
