I would contact Disney PhotoPass Guest Services to see what assistance they can offer you. You can reach them at 407-560-4300 Monday - Saturday from 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. E.S.T. They are closed on Sundays. You can also email them at
disneyphotopass_support@Disneyworld.com. I've honestly had better success when I've called and its nice to have a live person on the phone in case I have any follow up questions.
Make sure you call before you actually order the PhotoCD. I know that you've pre-paid for it but their
policy states that since its a personalized product they can't issue a refund on a disk unless its damaged during shipping or if there was a shipping error. If you haven't placed the actual order to ship the disk, you may have a better chance of them assisting you. Be sure to have your pre-purchase confirmation number handy when you call. I'll keep my fingers crossed that they can work something out for you!
