    I had pre-purchased a photo CD, but due to uncooperative weather (but still fun!) outdoor photopass photographers were hard to find & we have a limited number of photos in our account. Can I use the CD credit for photo books & single downloads ins

    I am sorry to hear that the weather did not cooperate with you but love your spirit and glad to hear you made the best of it! 

    I would contact Disney PhotoPass Guest Services to see what assistance they can offer you.  You can reach them at 407-560-4300 Monday - Saturday from 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. E.S.T.  They are closed on Sundays.  You can also email them at  I've honestly had better success when I've called and its nice to have a live person on the phone in case I have any follow up questions.

    Make sure you call before you actually order the PhotoCD.  I know that you've pre-paid for it but their policy states that since its a personalized product they can't issue a refund on a disk unless its damaged during shipping or if there was a shipping error. If you haven't placed the actual order to ship the disk, you may have a better chance of them assisting you.  Be sure to have your pre-purchase confirmation number handy when you call.  I'll keep my fingers crossed that they can work something out for you!
