Hi Jenn,
Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! With
Memory Maker, we have some of the best memories captured from our Walt Disney World Resort vacations!
Great news - your family can share one Memory Maker. Just make sure that you are all connected through the My Family & Friends List in My Disney Experience. If you have linked Memory Maker to your My Disney Experience Account, you will be the one with downloading privileges. When I travel with extended family and we share Memory Maker, I download all of the pictures and share them with everyone after the trip. But, everyone linked via My Disney Experience should be able to view the pictures. You will scan into rides using your MagicBands and the photos should automatically link to your My Disney Experience account, no matter who scans in first for the ride. After you take a photo with a Disney PhotoPass photographer, always have the photographer scan your MagicBand.
Be aware of a few other things - 1) your photos will have an expiration date. You can see that date when you click on each photo. Download them before they expire, 2) occasionally, a photo will not appear in My Disney Experience. If this happens, stop by one of the
Disney PhotoPass service locations in the parks and speak with a cast member. In the past, cast members have been able to find missing photos for us and uploaded them to my account. If you discover missing photos after you get home, you can also call 407-560-4300 for assistance.
Jenn, the PhotoPass photos from attractions make us laugh every time. There is nothing quite like the photo of all of us screaming on the Twilight Zone Tower of Terror™!
Magic, memories and Minnie Mouse hugs,
Donyell
