    I pre-purchased the Memory Maker and I know for things to link to it, I have to use my magic band. If I want to add the rest of my groups photos (through the photo pass cards) how do I add them to mine? We are already linked through family and friends.

    Thank you for stopping by to ask us your questions.  On a recent trip to Walt Disney World, I had the pleasure of using Memory Maker with my family and loved being able to add everyone's pictures to my account.  You will love using it and if you are anything like me, you will enjoy being in front of the camera, for once, instead of always behind it.  

    Congratulations on taking the necessary steps in your My Disney Experience account to make sure your friends and family members are linked. (That can be a little confusing.)  If you need to add pictures from the PhotoPass cards received at the parks, simply log in to view your Memory Maker photos, and on the top right there will be a button that reads, "Claim Photos."   Once you select this, you will be taken to a screen in which you will be prompted to enter the card number from your PhotoPass card. Should you need any extra help in making sure your photos are all linked correctly, you can visit the PhotoPass Help Center in order to get more technical assistance.
